Gamechanger Popper

This Game Changer Popper combines the surface disturbance of a traditional popper with the lifelike swimming action of an articulated Game Changer. The result is a highly effective fly that can imitate a wounded baitfish struggling on the surface and trigger explosive strikes from predatory fish.

While this fly may look complicated, the individual steps are actually quite simple. Once you learn how to tie a single section, the rest of the fly is built by repeating the same process. In this tutorial I'll walk you through every step, from building the articulated body to attaching and finishing the popper head.
