And you should realize the silver pheasant wing quills above are the ones you sent me years ago along with a couple dyed olive mallard flank feathers for flatwings. Fly tyers don't throw away anything.

Sixteen year ago, while working for Maine DIF&W I started a program called Hooked on Fishing Not on Drugs. teaching kid how to fish. All good, but for the serious dubbers, perhaps consider a container with a paper or cloth filter and pumping in compressed air...from a compressor not canned air. Just made one and its a serious dubbing machine...yarn into dubbing by the cubic foot in minutes. try missouriflies industrial dubbing blender for images and how too.
Actually, I've taken the tour at the Sage factory twice and watched the women wrap guides. They do all alignment of guides by eye, and it only takes about 30 seconds.

A friend of mine almost drowned when he fell into a river a couple of years ago. He had to undo his waders while under water. It was a very close call. He made it, but only to be diagnosed with cancer. He died within the next year. I sometimes wish he'd drowned that day. Be careful, yes, but don't think you can manage the future.
