Toorongo River

The Toorongo River is a small river in the South-East of Victoria, Australia. It's fed by drainage spilling over the Toorongo Falls and after it descends 490 meters over it's 12 km course, it runs into the Latrobe River. The river holds a healthy population of both Brown and Rainbow Trout, although the fish are not exactly of trophy size, they are very healthy and beautifully coloured trout. The film follows Clint Palmer from Southern Cross Fly Fishing fishing the river as the trout season comes to an end here in Victoria.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
