Originated by: Gary Fraser
Hook: Partridge CS15 #2
Thread: Red 70 denier
Tag: Flat copper tinsel
Tail: Orange hackle fibers
Body: Holographic gold tinsel
Ribbing: Flat copper tinsel
Belly: Cooper crystal flash then orange polar bear
Wing: 4 badger hackles
Shoulder: Coq de Leon dyed orange
Eye: Jungle cock nail
Head: Red with orange band
Notes: Gary does an excellent task of melding the traditional with the modern on this streamer. The badger wing, copper and orange accents should help the streamer fill the role of the naive young brook trout. The use of flash in the belly, and the holographic tinsel used in the body are sure to catch the eye of many salmon, grilse and trout this fall.

Long story short
Support the Global FlyFisher through several different channels, including PayPal.
Long story longer
The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.

Your blending of the modern with classic materials really works here! I, too, really like the colors. Great job, Gary!
