Loose hook mount

In some parts of the world the junction tube is replaced with a pearl, which allows for completely free hook movement.

It is possible that ...

It is possible that I can copy the picture of this mounting loose hook to the tube. The reason I like to copy this mounting it is easyer to change hook.
